The Owner required an 8,000 s.f. building to house a therapy pool, examination and therapy rooms, locker rooms, fitness center, industrial medicine, office space, and lobby. The building also includes a mezzanine for office staff and expansion. The exterior is clad in brick with extensive detailing. It was built in 1992.
