A 70,000 sq. ft. plant addition more than doubled the existing 51,000 sq. ft. plant, providing needed warehouse & processing space for this Japanese owned soup stock & seasoning plant. Pre cast hollow-core concrete floor & roof planks were used in areas where the food processing environment is very corrosive. Tilt-up concrete wall panels were used to provide a durable exterior envelope.
