Limited site area along with the need for durability dictated the use of precast concrete for this 9800 sq. ft. spiral freezer building addition. Precast double-tees were used for the upper floor & roof while insulated precast concrete flat panels were used for the walls. Below grade concrete retaining walls were cast in place.
