A 12,650 sq. ft. (7650 sq. ft. main floor plus 5000 sq. ft. finished walk-out basement) eye care facility adjacent to the Augusta Health Care campus.

Rockingham Steel

This 33,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art reinforcing steel fabrication facility is constructed of tilt-up concrete wall panels & longs pan open web steel joists.

Rockingham Redi-mix Batch Plant

This 57 foot tall structure provides a complimentary backdrop to the existing concrete manufacturing facilities, while accommodating the need for an interior environment to keep concrete batch operations running uninhibited from the weather.

Republic Trusswerks, LLC

This project involved the adaptive reuse of an old outdoor crane rail structure into a new truss manufacturing facility.

Holtzman Propane, LC

This 6500 sq. ft. building provides warehouse, office and showroom space for Holtzman Propane, LC.

George’s Foods, LLC

Limited site area along with the need for durability dictated the use of precast concrete for this 9800 sq. ft. spiral freezer building addition.

Ariake

A 70,000 sq. ft. plant addition more than doubled the existing 51,000 sq. ft. plant, providing needed warehouse & processing space for this Japanese owned soup stock & seasoning plant.

Strasburg High School

One of three high schools in Shenandoah County that underwent a complete renovation of the existing facilities and had major additions to more than double the size.

Stonewall Jackson High School

Veteran’s Memorial Park

At one time, the town municipal building occupied this tiny triangular tract of property in the middle of Mt. Jackson.

Ralph Sampson Park Shelter

Located in a quiet corner of one of the city parks, this shelter was designed for minimal maintenance and with visibility for good security.

Fire Station No. 4

Located on Rock Street in Harrisonburg, this satellite fire station was built to serve the northeast quadrant of the city.

Fire Station No. 2

This fire department substation, located on Pleasant Valley Road in Harrisonburg, was expanded in order to better accommodate training space & bunk room.

Lake House

This 6946 sq. ft. home located on a peninsula at Smith Mountain Lake was built with the opportunity for panoramic views in almost all directions.

Grand Caverns Regional Park

Grand Caverns and Natural Chimneys were obtained by the Upper Valley Regional Park Authority in the 1970’s in order to provide a wide array of recreational facilities for the public.

Woodstone Recreation Center at Massanutten

Located at the main gate to Massanutten Resort, adjacent lo the new 18 hole golf course, this facility is the culmination of years of planning in response to the growing population of the resort.

Williamsburg Plantation Resort

Williamsburg Plantation Resort is located near the heart of historic Williamsburg and is designed to accomodate the ever-growing number of visitors to the area.

Massanutten Resort Conference Center

Constructed in 1998, this facility, overlooking the ski slopes at Massanutten Resort, provides needed space for meetings, banquets, and receptions.
